We can prepare the tender documentation needed to gather accurate quotes from contractors. This includes technical drawings, specifications, and any supporting information required for pricing. If needed, we can also help you assess tenders and appoint a suitable builder.
Contract Administration
Should you wish to involve us further, we offer limited contract administration services. This may include setting up the contract, answering technical queries, and supporting the delivery of the design as planned.
